Road Closures
To the Bedfordview & Primrose communities and neighbours: there will be a road race on Sunday 10 January 2027 starting at 06:00 until approximately 11:00.
Around 6,500 runners will be running through the streets of Bedfordview and Primrose. Many roads are affected and this will impact traffic. Take a look at the route map — and why not grab a few chairs and some refreshments and come out and support the runners?
This is also a great advert for our suburbs, so if you are selling property make sure all your boards are out on Saturday — you never know who might see it. It is also a great advert for restaurants, shops and businesses in the area. Put up a gazebo on the route and be seen.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to your support on the day. This race is approved by Ekurhuleni JOC and the EMPD.
Please contact the race number 083 287 6792 to find out about alternate routes. We unfortunately cannot stop the runners on race day, but we can assist you with timing and alternate routes.
