Club Gazebos

Bring the flags, the trailer and the post-race braai chairs — here is how gazebo set-up works on the bottom field at Bedfordview Country Club.

Set up on Saturday

Club gazebos can be set up from 9am on Saturday 9 January 2027, on a first come, first serve basis, on the bottom soccer fields in the demarcated area at Bedfordview Country Club (by the finish line). We don’t book spots.

No vehicles are allowed on the field before 11am on Sunday.

First come, first serve

We do not book spots. Space in the demarcated area on the bottom soccer fields, by the finish line, is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Power

Be self-sufficient

We do not supply electricity — you need to be self-sufficient.

Food & drink

Bring your own, or buy

You can bring your own food and drinks. The bar will be open and food and drinks will also be on sale.

You will be allowed to cook with gas at your gazebo — no open fires.

Packing up

Clubs may remove their gazebos and trailers on race day from 11am.
